Electric cars

Electric cars are an innovation of 2009, these cars are created in China. The characteristics of these cars is that they work using electric energy. They are similar to other cars but the electric cars work with electric energy and the normal cars run on petrol or diesel oil. A lot of people say these cars are the cars of the future. Electric cars are ecological because they don't contaminate they run on electric, but the problem is that these cars are very expensive and they don't go fast on the other hand the advantage is that they don't cause pollution.

Nowdays electric cars are starting to be used but there are not many electric cars yet. I believe that in the future, more people will use these cars because they are ecological and economical. There will be electric motorbike, electric bikes and electric cars.

In my opinion, everybody should buy electric cars and the government should forbid the diese cars and petrol, and motorbikes, because the cause pollution.

Another invention using electric energy are the electric houses, this house have solar panels, termal allows the home to have electric energy at a cheap price. That advantage is that by using electric energy have less pollution and it is less expensive because you do not buy electric energy.

Sebastian Vettel wins Formula One world championship in Abu Dhabi (news)

Sebastian Vettel today took over the title of the youngest world champion in history of Formula One following an astonishing end to one of the most dramatic seasons in the sport's 60 years. Vettel took the chequered flag in Abu Dhabi for his fifth victory of the year, and with Ferrari's Fernando Alonso a distant seventh as a number of events conspired against him, it allowed the German to make sure of his place in the record books. At 23 years and 135 days, Vettel beats the mark of Lewis Hamilton – who finished second in this race ahead of team-mate and outgoing world champion Jenson Button – by 166 days.

In my opinion this year is the most dramatic in the history of formula one, because in the championship the winner many drivers could win, Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton or Janson Button. And the most spectacular is win Sebastian Vetel the youngest driver in the histry at 23 years of age. I think the Sebastian Vettel is a very good driver and he can break more records in Formula1.

Roger Federer misses five match points and a Paris Masters final (news)

Roger Federer, who has yet to win the Paris Masters title, will have to try again next year after losing his semi-final against the home favourite Gaël Monfils, despite holding five match points. In front of a rapt 14,500 crowd in Bercy, the 16-times grand slam champion was unable, five times, to end the challenge of Monfils at 6-5 up in the final set, making a series of forehand errors. The Frenchman eventually prevailed over the Swiss, 7-6 (9-7), 6-7 (1-7), 7-6 (7-4). The Frenchman had lost all five of his previous meetings with world No2 Federer, but he took the first set when the top seed netted a forehand at 7-8 down in the tie-break.

I think Monfils is a very good player but he is very young, even though he is not the most important player because he has never win the finials championship, he has been fifth positions on championship. I has hope that this year he wins the championship French Open, because he has never won this championship and he is there. The big story about this player is when he was small he played tennis in the street because his family had no money, and one day a coach saw him and trained him to became a professional tennis player. In the future I believe that Gaël Monfils could be very successful as a tennis player.

Research project

The research project is a very important project because it increases by 10% the end of term mark. This project lasts for two years it must have at last fifty pages. The pupils have a teacher to help them to do the project. The pupils have to choose a topic. The project has to be handed in by 14 of December 2010, and the oral exposition will be in January. I have done the research project about unemployment; it’s a very actual topic because nearly four million people are unemployed in Spain. In other countries the figures are lower because they were prepared for the crisis much before us. In France for example they have less people on the dole because they had foreseen what was going to happen. That project is about economy and firms. For me this project is very important because I want to find a solution and have a good mark so I can go to University. Unemployment at the moment is the worst in Europe and that’s the rearon why it will take a long time to come out of the crisis many experts say that the government hasn’t done the right things to come out of it, but I think my research project is very difficult to do.
